ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Technology, Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent

Excellent academic record

Business Proficiency in English

REQUIREMENTS CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:

Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher)

Previous experience as a Financial controller, Accountant, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, etc.

Excellent excel skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Experience with ERP or CRM systems

Experience with SQL

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apply the principles of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology.

Use the 5-phase concept of define, measure, analyze, improve and control.

Apply data modelling and process optimization practices in order to reduce possible errors and increase productivity and efficiency.

Analyze and understand business processes and data in order to develop and apply strategies for process improvement.

Develop and monitor KPIs for process improvement and optimization.

Understand clients’ business and needs.

Prepare process workflow, charts and additional documentation.

Propose process optimizations and organizational changes to client’s management.

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, management, and other stakeholders.

Deliver projects on time.
