THE JOB

To further strengthen the capabilities of our Sales Support Center, we’re looking for Sales Support Specialist. The department, part of our Global Sales Department, is located in our office in Plovdiv. Your primary task will be to help VIKING's subsidiaries with direct communication to them. Sales Support Specialist reports to Sales Support Manager, Viking Bulgaria.

The main tasks are, but not limited to: prepare quotations in SAP according to issued guidelines; enter orders, received from the designated area, into SAP; issue documentation related to orders; maintain the customer database, making sure the information is correct and up-to-date; create reports for Sales Department activities; support sales offices in Dynamics CRM system updates.

The daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Sales department and the Logistics Center (Shipping, Planning, Purchase and Warehouse) - Worldwide.

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience with sales support/back office or similar administrative position from an international company.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • MS Office advanced user;
  • Experienced with ERP systems (SAP preferably);
  • International Business degree is a strong advantage.

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Willing to learn;
  • Responsive team-player;
  • Positive, 'can do', professional and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers;
  • Service minded, flexible and able to prioritize.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • Fluent in English with very good communication and collaboration skills.
