Paysera is the first fintech company in Lithuania and an EU-licensed e-money institution. We provide fast, convenient, and affordable financial services globally. Our services include a payment gateway for e-shops, a finance management app, money transfers, and a parcel locker network. 

We are looking for a goal-oriented AML Team Leader who will be responsible for leading a team of around 10+ individuals for the assigned country in their daily work. Besides ensuring quality and delivery, you will also ensure the workforce has high job satisfaction and ongoing professional development.

Furthermore, you will be a member of a team with amazing managers and new team leaders who will support your efforts to develop both personally and professionally.
 
What you will do: 
  • Lead, motivate and ensure team engagement in their daily work as well as provide support in continuous development of the team members;
  • Distribute workload for the team while ensuring collaborative environment based on trust and open communication;
  • Ensure professional, quality and effective execution of daily work of the team;
  • Contribute to optimization & continuous improvement of AML processes;
  • Successfully guide team through various changes while implementing new and optimising/improving existing processes;

What we expect: 
  • 1+ year of experience in leadership and team management, preferably in a dynamic & fast paced environment;
  • Previous work experience in KYC/AML field would be a plus;
  • Time management and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems;
  • Proactiveness to take initiative in implementing, optimising, and improving AML processes;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages;
  • Knowledge of Agile principles or work experience in Agile environment would be a plus;
