Lion’s Head Investment, a commercial real estate investment group of companies focusing on the acquisition and asset management of prime office assets in Sofia and Bucharest, is currently looking to hire:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Ref: AA20

Your key responsibilities will be to coordinate all administration related tasks in the office, mainly comprising of:
• Arranging Meetings & Assisting with Events - scheduling meetings (physical and virtual), welcoming and assisting visitors to the office; assisting in organization of internal and external events such conferences, forums and team retreats
• Office Administration, Health & Safety - taking care of the overall office environment and orderly outlook, coordinating cleaning staff activities; organizing delivery of office supplies; coordinating maintenance works whenever needed
• Arranging Travel - booking business flights or other travel (international and domestic) & accommodation; summarizing travel related receipts and invoices for the accounting department
• Documentation Filing - handling and filing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents in relevant electronic or hardcopy databases
• Basic Research - performing basic research tasks such as looking up companies and business partners in various public or proprietary business databases

Your most desired traits and qualifications to win the job:
• University Degree or in process of obtaining such a degree (Bachelor in Business or Administration)
• Excellent English, written and oral; good level of Romanian would be a plus
• Very good computer and smartphone skills, especially experience with MS Office 365 - Word, Excel, Power Point, One-Drive, Microsoft Teams as well as Zoom, WhatsApp and general Internet search
• Similar previous experience within an international organization of at least 2 years
• Experience as an administrative assistant in a law, accounting or other consulting firm is a serious advantage;
• Ability to adequately respond to multiple priorities;
• Positive attitude, proactivity, quick thinking
• Pleasant communicator in both English and Bulgarian
• Ability to prioritize and balance tasks
• Loyal, very organized, with an eye for detail
• Excellent phone and email manners, business attire and behavior
