We are currently looking for an outstanding individual for the role of Account Support operating Monday-Friday, business hours.

Main focus of the role:
To provide administrative support to the Account Directors/Managers and customers on a daily basis; working closely with other departments within the Allvotec organization.  Establishing close customer relations ensuring the development of further opportunities for the business to grow. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the Account Directors/Managers and to be a point of contract for their accounts for day to day and administration activities. 
  • Logging Ops on CRM 
  • Daily maintenance of CRM database 
  • Ensuring renewal quotations are tracked and issued 90 days in advance to expiry 
  • Production of quotations using in house commercial tools within 24-48 hours
  • Obtaining quotations from subcontractors/suppliers within 48 hours
  • Obtaining and processing Purchase Orders for both renewal and new business 
  • To complete and process mandates for consultancy work and liaise with various departments/customers to ensure the work is carried out in the necessary timescales.
  • Completion of SPSS and subcon paperwork
  • To process all purchase orders for maintenance/consultancy/supply through to the contracts department in a timely manner 
  • To assist with customer queries and manage them through the appropriate business departments 
  • To perform Customer Inventory Reconciliations 
  • To provide administrative reporting from CRM 
  • To provide the Account Directors with contract/system information as and when required 
  • Understanding of the contract renewal, sales procedure, and systems
  • To professionally represent the company and maintain industry awareness
  • To carry out all tasks reasonably requested promptly, in line with Allvotec procedures

  • Organised, able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

  • Ability to listen to the customers and deal with any query or escalation effectively
