This is the reason why we are expanding our Online Games Department team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic people to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.


  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client operational and business needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and new product launches
  • Proactively drive EGT Digital product adoption and market share
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Work with Sales, PMO, Compliance and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate internal system reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Represent EGT Digital at major industry events


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in Account Management/ Business Development role
  • Experience within the Software Industry, preferably within a Product Company
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Very good understanding of software delivery life cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
  • Can-do attitude, positive, proactive
  • Organized, able to prioritize and resolve critical and complex issues
  • Strong command of the English Language – verbal and written
