The Account Executive role will improve partner relations, provide partners with a “go-to” person for inquiries and support and increase the frequency of partner sales of our client`s technology. The ideal candidate will embrace their region’s educational community and become an engaged contributor and supporter evangelizing the use of client technology with partners creating a virtual sales team of Partner based salespeople.

Overall, the Account Executive's main purpose is to drive Revenue through the client Education channels in France. To do so, the Account Executive must establish a working relationship with the top resellers in their geo and manage those partners through the acquisition of new customers with the best-suited Microsoft product and service offerings, enabling the implementation and consumption of these products and services, and with timely renewals of existing volume licensing contracts.

The main supporting activities are:
Manage a portfolio of 20-25 education resellers/partners in Germany and area
Drive customer net new and renewal revenue via partners
Development of existing top Resellers
Expanding the reseller network through competitive recruitment
Development of new channels for new products
Coordination of marketing programs through distribution
Managing lead distribution pipeline
Channel Activation activities: drive channel readiness through calls, webinars, events, and 1:1 engagement
Drive channel communication through tools
Readiness reporting on major activities for top partner

Proficiency in German + English
Proficiency in Technology Sales and customer /partner management – minimum Microsoft Office and Windows
Demonstrated (or reported) organizational skills and orchestrating across distributed groups and functions
Confidence and experience working on a phone
Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork, diversity, and cross-team alignment
Strong partner relationship sales management and solution development skills
Reporting and analytical skills to develop partner account plans and track progress regularly
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Great telephone manner and ability to think quickly with clear articulation
Personable – ability to be quickly liked and trusted
High level of comfort with technology and software. Experience with Microsoft products required (Microsoft365, Office365, Teams, OneNote, Surface, Windows 8, etc.)
A passionate self-starter that is driven to not only meet but surpass goals - a team player
Experience in working in Call center, Distribution, or Reseller all bonuses
