3D Support Specialist (V-Ray for SketchUp/Rhino)

Main responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via ticketing system, phone and remote desktop to provide and process information in response to inquiries related to V-Ray
• Participate actively in the company’s online forum discussions
• Take ownership of user problems, follow up on the status and communicate progress in a timely manner
• Diagnose, resolve, find alternative solutions of technical 3D issues
• Troubleshoot, investigate, improve client's projects
• Report software bugs in the internal bug-tracking system
• Research information in official product documentation, knowledge database, bug-tracking system, ticketing system, forums, and other internet resources
• Escalate customer requests to appropriate company departments/employees
• Stay current with company changes and software updates

Main requirements:

• Good knowledge and experience with SketchUp/Rhino
• Experience with V-Ray or any other render engine
• Fluency in English – ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
• Good logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn, research, process new information relatively quickly
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is an advantage
• Experience with other render engines and AEC/DCC platforms is an advantage
• Submission of a 3D portfolio, demonstrating applicable skills is required
• Location: Hybrid (remote and on-site). Must be eligible and available to work in Sofia, Bulgaria (when necessary)
