Manpower Bulgaria is currently looking for one of its strategic clients for a:

Team Leader Electronic Assembly

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Development of a flexible and cross-trained team with daily performance;
• Responsible for the overseeing of the group output and Total;
• Monitor safety performance of the team and insure proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is available and being used appropriately;
• Coordinate activities with support resources to include Engineering and Quality; 
• Meet schedule commitments while keeping team motivated and attentive;
• Committed to process improvement and supportive of business initiatives including Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing;
• Identify opportunities to develop employee skills and insure the proper coordination with the appropriate functions to make sure this occurs;
• Assists Production Engineering in the introduction of equipment into manufacture in a cost effective and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Completed bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar training as an electrical specialist
• Experience in similar position at least two years;
• Familiar with small microprocessor & microcontroller systems
• Hands-on experience with leadership of a small team
• Willingness to take part in specific in- house training.
