Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager in our team, you will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and be responsible for one of the products of the company. You will join a high impact cross-functional squad with the mission to provide the best product and services to our clients. You will experience first-hand the dynamic, fast-moving world of a growing fintech company, and have a strong impact from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy and roadmap of your product
• Collaborate closely with design, engineer, and marketing team, as well as with the other PMs in the firm.
• Understand your user and identify the new areas of growth to refine our vision
• Empower your product team and guide junior members to achieve their full potential
• Continue to grow and improve the product culture in the firm, putting data and clients at the center of our products
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the vision.

Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of product management experience
• Experience in developing strategy, executing against it and delivering measurable results
• Experience in working in an Agile environment, with cross-functional team member engineers
• Strong capacity to drive and lead through influence a product team
