IT monitoring specialist

Responsibilities:

• Installation, customization and configuration of IT Service Support Management (ITSM) or Business Process applications following ITIL and similar best practice frameworks;
• Troubleshooting and product implementation of the delivered technical solution including user guides and all supporting documents support of applications;
• Implementation of integration with other applications and third-party systems;
• Work with clients to build and maintain good relations, to ensure future engagements and reference accounts;
• Producing documentation which describes the scope, features, design, and implementation of the technical solution, including deployment and administration guides;
