We are growing and looking for a talented Digital Marketing specialist to join our Marketing team and boost our marketing efforts. 
We are searching for a highly-creative, data-driven & hands-on digital marketing specialist to manage our digital marketing initiatives. 
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. 

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in performance marketing, social media management, SEO , website management, content marketing, videos, and more.
In addition, an outstanding communicator, able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

What you will do:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives including our email marketing, advertising campaigns, Social Media, websites and videos
• Plan and manage our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Manage our websites – create campaigns, CMS management, content uploading, new campaigns, landing pages and more
• Plan and manage new videos, clips and images to support the digital activities
• Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
• Create, update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, mailers via email distribution system
• Prepare accurate performance & attribution reports of our marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with advertising and media agencies and plan our manage the execution of the advertising plan 
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience
• Work with our team to brainstorm new and innovative strategies
• Collaborate with design teams to produce high quality content and video

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal & ability to work across a range of teams
• Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of various digital media platforms
• Proactive and capable of developing and promoting new initiatives under his responsibility
• Knowledge of website analytics tools
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Creative thinking with strong writing skills, while keeping an eye on budgets and business guidelines/policies
• Advantage - English– mother tongue level
