We're looking for Technical Support (Helpdesk) Agents to join our growing team!

As our Technical Support (Helpdesk) Agent, your workday will consist of:

  • our core task - providing support in an IT technical environment, mainly via telephone and electronic channels such as e-call, communities and others;
  • flexible working time: the team works in shifts, so that we can guarantee our customers a service window from 8am to 11pm. Occasionally working on Saturdays and public holidays is also part of it;
  • you will be engaged into other activities such as writing and improving procedures, providing input and writing knowledge articles for the DOCK! PORTAL, our IT website;
  • you will participate in various other IT projects, depending on knowledge and interests.

Our perfect candidate:

  • has a passion for IT;
  • has IT Bachelor’s degree or Almost graduated;
  • is experienced in the IT field is an advantage;
  • is a good communicator in English (level B2 at least);
  • would have good command of French or Dutch, which will be considered an advantage;
  • is a professional, who handles incoming and outgoing calls according to our quality standards;
  • is highly a motivated individual, who strives to deliver good results for all activities;
  • is a service-oriented team player with good communication skills;
  • is very flexible, able to switch from one activity to another.
