As part of the company expansion strategy, we are creating a new team that consists of Back-End, Front-End, and Full Stack Software Engineers, a Software Test Engineer, and a Product Owner. 

To support this strategy, we are currently looking for a talented professional with a proven track record in either Front-End, Back-End, or Full Stack background for the role of Team Lead / Technical Lead.

What you will do:
• Part of your time will be dedicated to managing the team and another part to writing code and maintaining your knowledge of the codebase so that you can lead the team.
• Participate in code Reviews.
• Work with the backlog and plan and execute the sprints for your team together with the product owner and delivery lead.
• Participate in the architecture, design, planning, and development phase of software production.
• Collaborate closely with other managers in the company and participate in management meetings.
• Constantly challenge and expand your knowledge of reliable software architecture,
programming, and new technologies.
• Exchange your knowledge and work closely with everyone across the company structure.
• Participate in refining technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Use comprehensive judgment to make decisions of high complexity and impact.
• Manage expectations towards various stakeholders.

Our Expectations:
• 4+ years of FE development experience with React js + Next.js or BE development with Symphony or similar frameworks or mixed experience. Our teams are multidisciplinary, and this is our tech stack.
• Good knowledge of database design and implementation (NoSQL and/or SQL)
• Ability to lead and work in a collaborative, cross-functional, international team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to see others succeed.
• Familiarity with cloud development (GCP and/or Scaleway) is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
