What we are looking for:

Must haves:

• Windows Server Administration (AD and DC) experience
• Windows 10/11* Administration experience
• General hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripheral devices, access points, etc.)
• Very good English both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Self-organized and proficient time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills

Nice to haves:

• Linux basics (any distro), console commands, permissions, administration
• Experience with an inventory management application
• Experience with monitoring applications (Grafana, Nagios, Elastic or other)
• Basic Powershell scripting for automation
• Networking administration experience DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, IP tables, etc.

What you would do:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows(10/11) workstations (desktops and laptops), peripheral devices, and other equipment (Printers, NUCs, headphones, keyboards, mobile, etc.)
• Research and installation of software, security updates, and patches
• User administration via AD and DC
• Monitoring of hardware and software performance
• Basic network setup and administration
• Troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues
• Maintaining Cloud-based services GCloud, OneDrive, Atlassian (Jira/Wiki)
• Assets inventory management
• Automation of boring and repetitive tasks via automation
• Work in collaboration with the DevOps and Security teams on internal projects
