Currently for our client - an international company that offers compressed air equipment, packaging machines and consumables, fastening systems, lifting, handling and weighing equipment we are looking for:
Service Manager
Responsibilities:
• Managing, following and supporting the work in the department
• Communicating with clients regarding technical or procedural problems;
• Keeping track of the planning of repairs and visits of the field service technicians;
• Visiting current and potential clients to discuss and communicate the proper machine maintenance and performance;
• Providing technical assistance and training to the service technicians;
• Control the quality of the work by the technicians and the execution of the orders referring to it;
• Managing the execution of the planned targets by the management;
• Facilitate effective communication within foreign partners to ensure continuous improvement in the work.
Requirements:
• Experience in managing Service based structure and operations;
• Technical education graduate- Mechanical or technical specialties;
• Able to prioritize the work in multi-tasking environment;
• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Written and spoken English – at least intermediate level is a must;
• Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
