SENIOR STRATEGIC IT HR SPECIALIST

What you need to bring!
- Ability to be highly consultative, to provide excellent relationship-building skills and to influence/guide the client;
- Desire to do the full-life-cycle recruitment processes including: sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations;
- Time management skills and attention to detail;
- Your intellect, your passion, high energy, commitment, flexibility, resilience, sense of humor and most importantly your emotional maturity.
The Job:
- Maintaining a candidate base through a candidate tracking system;
- Preparing and publishing advertisements for the job postings;
- Reviewing candidate biographies and active candidate database searching;
- Proactive research of market and availability of specific profiles in the market;
- Creating a database of talented candidates for future employment needs;
- Creating and sending e-mails about available positions to identified candidates;
- Interaction with potential candidates through social and professional networks;
- Active collection of recommendations for potential candidates from currently hired workers as well as from external associates;
- Telephone preselection;
- Creating reports for internal needs and keeps records;
- Performing other related duties as requested by the Director or other immediate supervisors.
