Sales Expert with English

MOORCODE provides end-to-end technology and customer support solutions for various industries.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Expert with English to join our international team in Sofia. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, light, and challenging environment with big potential for growth.

The focus of the role is on sales for our online products. Through both written and spoken channels (calls).

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, be driven and proactive.


Duties:

• Proactive sales via chats and phone and social media channels aimed at increasing customer retention and value.
• Account Management of key clients.
• Upsell and cross-sell new products.
• Handling customers accounts, solving account problems and providing information via email, telephone, and online chat.
• Receive information electronically as it and to move forward.
• Answer customers’ questions about the websites.
• Assist customers with problems they may have while using the website.
• Communicate technical problems to the technical team.
• Creation of reports for the activity done for every shift.
• Creation of campaigns with different approaches.

Main responsibilities:

• Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potentials volume of clients.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potentials sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Responsible for quality and condition of service offered to customers.
• Liable for damage arising from the admitted mistakes in their consulting.
• Proactive sales via chat and phone aimed at increasing customer retention and value.


Requirements:

• Proven experience at sales position at least 1 year
• Outstanding verbal and written English language skils
• Second language will be a big advantage
• Аvailable to work on shifts
• Multi-tasking ability
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems, initiative and resourceful
