We’re looking for a high energy, self-motivated B2C and B2B Salesperson, who will support our daily sales requests from individuals and businesses, and maintain our current accounts. We want someone who really pays attention to detail, can meet deadlines and has the ability to juggle multiple requests. This Sales position requires thinking on your feet. We will give you all you need to do the basics – get a price to a customer online and/or by phone. But you will need to do the rest to turn this request for a price into our customer. In the logistics industry the competition is fierce. We want someone who can communicate effectively, is ready to be proactive, creative and wants to learn and help people. We want someone who wants to grow, from account manager eventually into a general manager. Ideally, besides everything else, you had spent time in the US and understand the importance of customer service. We are looking for someone who is flexible. Our work hours in Bulgaria will have to match and cover all time zones in the US. The shifts are, 1st from 15:00-23:00, 2nd 19:00-3:00

You will: 1. Maintain and grow our business accounts through proper balance of searching and maintenance, (through direct sales to individuals and businesses who request prices, no cold calling) 2. Work with private customers, specialized auto dealerships, moving companies, and other businesses, to provide them with prices and guidance 3. Sourcing for new private customers, auto dealerships, moving & relocation companies, identifying targets and engaging in order to close new accounts 4. Be alert for, and report changes in market conditions, competitive activities and private customers and auto dealer preferences/needs 5. Have knowledge of a CRM system that will help you when working with our system where you will record all sales requests, initiatives and activities for each account (customer) 6. Report weekly to the General Manager on auto dealerships, moving & relocation companies’ accounts search and growth; strategies, development suggestion, etc.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and direct experience in developing and selling new strategic partnerships and managing a portfolio of clients, preferably in the logistics field. 3. You understand the importance of tone and how to communicate clearly, whether it’s in an email, over the phone, or face-to-face. Your writing, oral, and presentation skills are excellent. 7. Trustworthy, ethical, and honest. You are beyond reproach in your business dealings and genuine in maintaining the trust and confidence of your company and your customers. 8. You are service-driven and self-confident, approachable and responsive. You understand the mission, needs, and direction of the company. You will work in an office in Blagoevgrad.
