We are growing fast and looking for new colleague in our Blagoevgrad office for the position of:
RECRUITMENT OFFICER
YOUR ROLE:
You will handle end to end recruitment process
You will manage recruitment database and tools
You will grow and maintain relationships with new and existing participants
You will answer general phone calls and inform the candidates about our services in a polite, informative and innovative manner
You will deal with social media and and job portals for recruitment matters
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
You should have university degree in HR, Economics, Marketing, Sales or relevant.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, good stress management
‘Can-do’ attitude and proactive approach
Ability to work within tight timescale and follow deadlines
Good English both written and spoken
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Flexible to take up business trips
