Your Responsibilities

• Implement supporting tools and services for the StorPool core software;
• Debugging and fixing problems in the existing code;
• Ensuring delivery on time;
• Support existing tools and services;
• Ensuring up-to-date and high-quality documentation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in Python
• Experience in service development;
• Experience with Linux/Unix;
• Understanding of the common software development processes;
• Good understanding of software configuration management;
• Basic understanding of algorithms;
• Understanding of OS concepts;
• Some Linux CLI & administration experience;
• Attention to detail;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in English.

Extra Credit

• Proficiency in some of the following languages: Rust, Perl, POSIX/Bash shell script, PHP;
• C knowledge;
• Experience with networking.
