We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager with proven track of successfully delivered projects. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project meet client needs. Main Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Organize, coordinate, monitor and control project tasks
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop and manage a detailed and comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal and external clients
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 3- 5 years of project management and related experience
• Experience with process improvement and inventory control
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Technical SAP knowledge is preferred
