The Office Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration tasks, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind a wide range of administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Coordinate HR tasks and policies
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Provide general support to visitors
Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian
Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience with office and administrative work
-Knowledge of office assistant responsibilities and procedures
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Experience with MS Office, google docs or modern office suite
