Role: Microsoft365 (M365) Engineer (Security), SOC Senior Technical Analyst, NOC Senior Technical Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity for an M365 focused engineer or a technical SOC/NOC senior analyst to join our growing Security Operations Team. There will be a blend of security focused work across deployment, improvement and response. Required knowledge and experience:

• Excellent understanding and practical skills covering:
o The M365 product suite
o EM+S including Microsoft Endpoint Manager – Configuration Manager and Intune
o Information and Data Governance and its application in M365 E5
o Administration experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD, Azure AD Premium, Azure AD Connects and AD FS) and AD DS Group Policy
• Awareness of SIEM tools and log analytics, such as Sentinel in the Microsoft stack
• Conversant with security best practices and an ability to apply security practices to client needs and challenges
Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Deploying & configuring systems to client environments
• Delivery of high quality proactive technical interventions across our clients 
• Training and mentoring of junior members of the team
• Assisting in the definition of analysis procedures and protocols
• Proactive assessment of events to reduce incident trends
• Responsible for the completeness and timeliness of all security related reporting against contract constraints and SLAs
• Seek and create opportunities to understand, contribute and support strategic security related initiatives
• Oversee and review the reports before being released to clients
• Coordinate or lead individual or team projects
• Investigating client malicious incidents and providing a report, including remediation plans
• SerCreate and update security event investigation notes on open incidents and maintain case data in the management platform.
