Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience with Linux;
• Solid understanding of server-based operating systems;
• Understanding of networking concepts;
• Database knowledge;
• Enhanced troubleshooting skills within the server OS as well as both networking and storage technologies;
• Working knowledge to create and run scripts to automate repetitive processes;
• Effective problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team;
• Excellent English language skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide LINUX administration support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems;
• Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems;
• Performing ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization, as required;
• Maintain the life cycle of managed server systems;
• Proactively evaluate and improve the environment with a focus on Linux servers and services.
