What you will do:
  • consult internally on services provided, possibilities to provide other financial services, and other issues of the law relevant to the business (corporate law, labour law, FinTech law, etc.);
  • prepare documents for licensing the institution’s activity and their submission to the supervisory authority;
  • communication with supervisory and law enforcement authority;
  • monitor the changes in legislation relevant to company activity (legal  compliance), report them to the management, organize the implementation of the required changes;
  • create and change procedures and other internal documents;
  • conclude, change, consult on payment service agreements, different partnership agreements and their verification;
  • assistance and /or participation at negotiations in different business  projects;
  • conclude, change, and consult on payment;
  • prepare company claims, actions, statements, requests, responses, and other procedural documents or letters;
  • represent the company in court and other institutions;
  • solve ad hoc tasks.
What we expect:
  • higher university education in law;
  • at least 3 years relevant experience in law (experience in the field of financial service provision would be an advantage); 
  • excellent English skills;
  • analytical thinking, self-reliance, initiative, responsibility.
