Our client is a human resources services provider with 30 years of experience on the market. The company was founded back in 1982 in Ireland and later grew across Europe. Now they have established themselves as one of the key suppliers of HR services in CEE with more than 40 offices and 500 employees.

Our client is stepping on the Bulgarian market starting 2023. Initially it will position itself as a preferred/exclusive vendor for IT companies.

 
In order to establish their team, we are looking for 

 
IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

About The Role

Your will take part in 360 recruitment, meaning that you will be involved both in the business development and in the talent acquisition side.

  • Introducing their services to potential clients
  • Ensuring an increasing market coverage 
  • Representing the company at various networking events 
  • Identifying and proactively chasing new business development opportunities.
  • Delivering your own targets by individual billing (successfully placing candidates)
  • Having ownership over the candidate management side
  • Building and developing competitive candidate pools
  • Conducting interviews with candidates and marketing them proactively

About You

  • Strong desire for development in the IT industry 
  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment is a great advantage
  • Fluent level of English
  • You have outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • You are sales and business driven with strong motivation and passion for developing new client relationships and delivering individual targets on a monthly basis
  • You feel comfortable in interacting with high level decision makers and manage their expectations
