We are looking for a smart, experienced and tenacious IT Recruiter that will dig through the hard rock in order to find gold and help us keep growing.
YYour role:
- You will collaborate with all teams within the company being part of the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, assessment and closing.
- Partner with internal/external hiring managers to assess their recruiting needs and anticipate future needs.
- Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Represent Proxiad at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
- Build and execute talent strategies that strengthen our recruiting process and candidate experience.
- Constantly looking for ways to do better and innovative in how the work gets done.
- Working closely with HR team in order to improve recruitment strategy and sourcing channels.
- Working closely with Business Development team and other departments in order to reach specific recruitment targets.
- Preparing relevant recruitment reports and statistics.
