This 2-month long intensive program is designed by IBM Bulgaria to help you gain valuable fundamental networking knowledge and grow your professional skills. You'll get to learn from the best engineers in the industry through dedicated online and face-to-face seminars that combine theory and practice. You will gain hands-on experience by using our Cisco lab devices during the exercises. 

But that's not all! You'll also get the chance to develop your professional skills through workshops and learn how to enable customer success. Plus, you'll be building a professional network and making new friends with people who are into the networking technology.

The program is IBM sponsored and free for you. You will receive a certificate (digital and hard copy) for completion and additional learning materials on the topics covered during the program. Graduating from the IBM Networking Academy will grow your readiness to land a job at IBM Sofia. 


To get certified you should:

·       Participate in at least 80% of the IBM Networking Academy sessions. 

·       Complete the assignments given during and after the class.

·       Achieve above 85% on the final assessment.


Requirements:

·       Fluency in English – both written and spoken 

·       Basic understanding of networking fundamentals

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Highly motivated and willing to learn

·       Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall

 
Strong advantage:

·       Interest in obtaining a Cisco network certificate.

·       Technical background
