About you

You are seeking a versatile position, combining web, as well as graphic design tasks. You’re a results-driven professional, who is always aiming at delivering high-quality work. You’re interested in helping sales, marketing and recruitment professionals via visual storytelling. Not only that, but you’d like to solidify your skills as a graphic and web designer.

The tasks that will be coming your way:

• Creating design concepts for Lab08’s website, social media, digital (e.g. presentations, emails, banners) and physical marketing materials
• Creating and executing ideas on brand identity
• Producing visuals with high impact – both in print and web media

Our ideal candidate has:

• Up to 2 years of experience as a web/graphic designer
• The willingness to become a better web & graphic designer and potentially become a UI/UX designer in several years’ time
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and a UI design tool such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD is a must
• Good knowledge of the best and latest practices in the field
• Good knowledge of responsive design and its usage on mobile devices
• Understanding of the issues regarding web accessibility and web usability
• Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography and color theory
• Interest in creating designs for digital, as well as physical marketing use
• Experience with graphic production such as making print-ready files, understanding the difference between colors for web, print, etc.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects for video creation & editing is considered a plus
• Experience with WordPress is also considered a plus
• Fluent English
