The Company:

Westernacher Solutions is part of the Global Westernacher group. We specialize in developing custom software solutions for digitalization of various services offered in the notary, justice, politics and church domains. In the light of our growth and successful operations on the Bulgarian market for 5 years, we are looking to hire a highly motivated HR Officer who will ensure the proper flow of office and HR procedures.



A Day in a HR Officer’s Life:
  • Active participation in the recruitment of new candidates for our office in Plovdiv through LinkedIn
  • Preparation of overall HR administration paperwork - managing vacations and sick leaves and all the necessary documentation;
  • Taking care of our office in Plovdiv, communicating with vendors, suppliers, employees; coordination of events, business trips with Sofia’s office;
  • Dealing with employee matters and internal communication between departments;
  • Maintaining health and safety-related documentation and follow-up on changes, communication with vendors and authorities, and other related parties;
  • Maintaining documentation for internal complaints, compliance issues, performance reviews that are related to solving HR cases;
  • Participating in local and global HR projects.
Предпочитани умения
Required skills:
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Finance;
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Recruitment & Retention, Employee Relations;
  • Excellent understanding of the Bulgarian market;
  • Knowledge of the Bulgarian labour code and social security legislation will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Personal skillset:
  • Proactive, goal-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Good communicator;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask;
  • You should be able to develop and manage relationships across the company and with a variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge.
