We are currently looking forHR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Sofia office.

Being HR Business Partner in our team you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues as well act as an employee champion and change agent.T

Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes onsite

Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers

·         Provides day-to-day support to leadership on a variety of actions - employee relations, policy interpretation and implementation, talent management (TA and TD) etc.

·         Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase engagement

·         Continuous improvement of the quality and added value of the provided HR services

·         Implementation of HR initiatives within the organization

·         Contribute to the regular and ad-hoc HR and business reporting

·         Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement needed changes to cover the risksAT YOU WILL NEED:

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills

·         Good consulting, coaching and mentoring skills

·         Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

·         Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

·         Previous experience in Human Resources Business Partner role – at least 3 years

·         Bachelor/Master degree in the field of HR Management and Development, Psychology, Business Administration

·         Good knowledge of the Bulgarian labor legislation
