YNV Group is looking for a Factoring Sales Manager with the experience necessary to be responsible for the execution, organization, and management of the relations with factoring clients, new client acquisition, and increasing factoring operations with existing clients for the achievement of the commercial targets of the Factoring company. The role will operate within the Sales unit under the CEO and be based in Bulgaria.

The role reports to the CEO of the factoring company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet with current and potential factoring clients, supporting the establishment and development of a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, including business events, conferences, workshops, and webinars, as well as in the development of a sales strategy (including policies, procedures and measures, new product development, and implementation).
  • Negotiate conditions and contracts with potential clients/borrowers and perform client acquisition actions in compliance with the sales strategy and the internal rules of the Factoring company.
  • Prepare factoring transaction proposals and submit them for approval.
  • Engage in high-level problem-solving, proactively introducing solutions to clients.
  • Monitor the quality of the existing client portfolio through collecting and analyzing information about the factoring borrowers and debtors and their businesses.
  • Monitor the level of customer satisfaction and to take appropriate actions when necessary.
  • Support employees from other units in making contacts with clients of his/her own portfolio.
  • Strictly follow the internal rules and procedures of the Factoring company and the legal framework to lower operational and reputational risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields or similar experience in a financial institution.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales management position in the financial institution and/or fintech industry including experience in the entire sale cycles, from planning strategy and contacting customers to closing and negotiating deals.
  • Track record of results-oriented sales and partner management that achieves KPIs, opportunity generation, and revenue.
  • Experience in negotiations, RFP, offerings, contract management, and high-level presentations.
  • Valuable knowledge and experience in Marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, sales, storytelling, and time management skills.
  • Should be self-organized, determined, creative, innovative, curious, and persistent, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
