End-User Support Specialist

We are looking for an End-User Support Specialist to upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. As End-User Support Specialist you are a part of a dynamic and professional team, and your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support for Windows based workstations;
  • Administration of managed networks and IT infrastructure;
  • Development and implementation of plans for the installation of communication and hardware equipment;
  • Install, reinstall and update system software;
  • Documentation and storage of documentation related to equipment from installation sites;
  • Support and delivery of IT related projects on time;
  • Support proper functioning of the core corporate services used by the end users;
  • Maintaining proper backups of company data and services;
  • Working closely and supporting the other Infrastructure and Service Desk teams.

Our perfect match would have:

  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willing to build a career in the field of IT;
  • High polite thinking and skills;
  • Great troubleshooting skills and strong knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, hardware and peripheral devices;
  • Good understanding of Windows Networking (DHCP, DNS);
  • 1+ year experience in the field of technical support or similar;
  • Great abilities to operate with Cloud based systems, VPN, Email & Ticket management.
