As our team for one of our partners expands, we are looking for an E-mail Marketing Coordinator. This person will be reaching out to millions of suppliers through email and will be responsible for setting up, executing and monitoring email campaigns.
If you have:
- Fluency in English language (written and verbal);
- Experience executing marketing campaigns
- Project management experience ;
- Comfortable using HTML and marketing tools;
- Google Analytics and Wordpress skills;
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce Paradot, Hubsopt, GetResponse, Exact Target, Constant Contact.

- Experience with financial industry services or B2B marketing campaigns;
- Desire to work in a young motivated team;
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and multitasking skills;
- Desire to learn;
- Willingness to work US hours - desirable but not required.

Some of the responsibilities you’ll have:
- Owning and executing all portions of email acquisition ;
- Design and execute successful direct response email campaign including strategy, detailed planning, forecasting and creative development and monitoring of ongoing campaigns.;
- Import leads from both internal and 3rd party sources,;
- Enrich data using 3rd party sources, ensuring compliance with naming conventions, campaign requirements, and privacy policies..
- Develop and implement ongoing test and learn plans to iterate and optimize, improving results month over month. ;
- Collaborate across the team and especially with Supplier Data Analyst;
