World Host Group  is a global web hosting provider operating several major brands like Stablepoint and Mochahost. It runs over 500,000 websites for businesses globally, and websites are based on top of our datacentres around the world.

We’re looking to set up a Concierge team that onboards customers and helps them setup to our systems. We’re providing top quality support, so we want individuals who are motivated and love helping customers.


We’re a small friendly team, with a hard-working collaborative startup mentality. We follow best practices, with every fix diagnosed, and we’d rather get things done properly than rush and do a less than perfect job. We won’t settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction.


You will be helping customers over the Phone. You will be working shifts with occasional evenings and weekends (but no overnights).



Requirements:

• Absolutely fluent English both written and spoken.
• Understanding of how a website works.
• Familiarity with linux computers.
• Experience with Google software (excel, word, etc).
