For the needs of our client, AHI Carrier, a leading multinational company in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems , we from P&P Bulgaria are currently looking for experienced professional with drive to step in the position of:

 

 

 
Main role: To assist the Country Manager and Finance Manager in the maintenance and control of entity’s accounting principles, practices and procedures. To cooperate in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, cost accounting.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and control all financial intercompany processes and communication with HQ;
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT and Intrastat documents and coordinate all needed actions with bank authorities; 
• Execute the processes of monthly closing, annual accounting and tax closing; 
• Prepare all kind of accounting and financial reports for the needs of the Bulgarian and HQ management, state agencies and partners;
• Support the HR manager in HQ in all HR related topics in coordination with the outsource company;
• Handle the processes of payroll, hiring and exiting of employees in coordination with the HQ;
• Control and review company’s contracts in coordination with legal advisors and communication with insurance brokers;
• Report directly to the Country Manager and functionally to Group Finance Manager and Group HR Manager, and manage one Accounting Assistant;
• Supervise booking tasks performed by the Accounting Assistant.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finances or relevant; 
• At least 5 years professional experience on similar position in a large company;
• Good knowledge in local legislation regarding finance, taxes and payroll;
• Advanced computer knowledge – MS Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics would be considered as strong advantage); 
• Fluent English language – verbal and written; 
• Able to identify and resolve issues, to analyze, develop and automate processes in order to maximize the benefit of financial investments and employment cost; 
• Capable of objectively weigh risks against benefits and determine alternative solutions to problems that are relevant.
