YNV Group is looking for a Business Support Data Analyst with the necessary experience to own the data governance and provide the administration of the CRM tool helping ensure compliance from the sales team and to ensure data quality for leadership reviews. In addition, the role requires accountability to provide process support to track, document, and recommend amendments, and report on adherence to our end to end sales ops and business ops activities.

Finally, the role is to provide administrative support and tracking for the sales operations and sales teams around license management, sales ops tooling upkeep and management, and sales team onboarding. The role will operate within the Sales unit under the Chief Sales and Business Operations Officer.

Responsibilities:

  •  Lead on the data governance of the CRM tool & provide regular reporting on data cleanliness.
  • Provide CRM support for users, ensuring CRM enablement is created and delivered monthly, and maintaining the CRM Process upkeep and documentation.
  • Process maintenance of documentation for sales ops to ensure timely updates, accuracy, or improvement.
  • Owner of Sales ops related Licenses for purposes of distribution, enablement, and use (CRM, Sales Navigator, SharePoint).
  • Owner of Sales Ops mailbox – send invites, follow up emails etc.
  • Owner of SharePoint – structure folders, upload things, and keep up to date.
  • Onboarding of new Sales Reps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis (preferred).
  • Experience in CRM data setup, governance, management, and administration.
  • Should have good analytical, problem solving, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to review data & draw conclusions and trending.
  • Able to work within a matrix environment and be collaborative.
  • Should be self-motivated, deadline driven, and self-directing with flexible approach.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
