Bella Bulgaria Holding is the perfect business partner in the food industry in Southeast Europe. It gathers under one roof leading companies and brands, products and services that offer the best value for money. Its portfolio contains over 200 products (pastry products, meat products, margarine & oils) manufactured under own and private brands in 14 processing plants. We are currently seeking to on-board:

BRAND MANAGER

The Brand Manager is responsible for management of the business activities for the assigned brand and has total responsibility to manage budget and P&L to meet company objectives. This role develops long and short-term strategies, marketing plans, new products, packaging, advertising, and sales promotion programs that will achieve corporate profit, volume, and market share objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities;
- Monitor, analyze product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs and liaise with other areas of the organization;
- Conduct periodical market visits and brand valuation;
- Develop brand strategies that create consumer engagement and loyalty;
- Manage the development and introduction of new products to provide a full line of differentiated products, each meeting target consumer needs and offering the highest competitive value;
- Work with the Sales Department to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and cost against forecast and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products;
- Direct advertising agencies and other suppliers in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs;
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with developed annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly demand plans.

Предпочитани умения

Requirements:
- University degree in marketing or related field;
- Strong FMCG brand management experience;
- Pro-active mindset, can-do attitude and great cross-functional teamwork skills;
- Strong track record of delivering business results;
- Excellent interpersonal & relationship management skills;
- Project management skills.
