We are looking for smart, motivated individuals who are interested in expanding their skills and building relationships with leading private capital specialists.

About the role: 

We are looking for an individual who will help drive the development of the Burgiss platform to deliver best-in-class private capital analytics, data, reporting, and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate requirements for product initiatives:
       - Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
       - Work closely with the product and design teams to design practical solutions for business                requirements
       - Create and develop functional requirement documents including data migration rules,                     business rules, workflow diagrams, wireframes, user stories and other deliverables to support           development.
  • Support technical execution and delivery of product initiatives:
        - Work closely with engineering team to implement technical solutions given defined business            and functional requirements.
        - Work closely with quality assurance to ensure designed functionality requirements are met.
  • Support cross-functional teams:
        - Work closely with Data Ops, Data Product, and Global Client Coverage to advise, guide, and              support these teams to address client needs.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects of strategic importance to the firm.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 years in a product management or product owner role working on enterprise web applications
  • 3 years of experience working on portfolio analysis, performance measurement, and/or portfolio reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or similar


  • 5 years in a product management role working on enterprise web applications
  • 5 years of experience in the private capital industry with emphasis on portfolio analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Attributes: 

  • Domain expertise in the area of portfolio analysis, performance measurement and/or portfolio reporting.
  • Domain expertise in private capital from both a Limited Partner and General Partner perspective.
  • Experience working collaboratively with UX teams
  • Domain expertise in UX design and data visualization.
  • CFA charter holder
  • CAIA charter holder
