We are looking for smart, motivated individuals who are interested in expanding their skills and building relationships with leading private capital specialists.

About the role: 
  • Generate requirements for product initiatives:
      - Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
      - Work closely with the product and design teams to design practical solutions for business              requirements
      - Create and develop functional requirement documents including data migration rules,                    business rules, workflow diagrams, wireframes, user stories and other deliverables to support            development
      - Design and document test cases where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support technical execution and delivery of product initiatives:
       - Work closely with engineering team to implement technical solutions given defined business         and functional requirements.
  • Support cross-functional teams:
       - Work closely with Data Ops, Data Product, and Global Client Coverage to advise, guide, and            support these teams to address client needs.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects of strategic importance to the firm.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2 years in a product management or product owner role working on enterprise web applications
  • 2 years of experience working on tools supporting operation teams with a focus on delivering solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness and reduce operational risk
  • Experience evaluating, formulating and implementing data quality rules
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing operational workflows producing workflow diagrams where required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or similar
  • 4 years in a product management role working on enterprise web applications
  • 4 years of experience in the private capital industry

  • Domain expertise in financial data operations
  • Experience working collaboratively with UX teams
