Affiliate Program Manager

Your Role:

We are looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to join our Marketing Growth team and lead a team of experienced professionals who communicate with SiteGround's partners and affiliates. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and optimizing affiliate opportunities, and ensuring the affiliate program performance and growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of Affiliate Managers and ensure that program and individual goals are met;
  • Outline and execute comprehensive insight-driven strategies to ensure the program’s success and growth;
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities, partnerships and prospects to grow the program;
  • Evaluate and analyze program's performance on a monthly basis;
  • Create affiliate campaigns and incentives for maximum success;
  • Optimize acquisition and maintenance costs and increase program profitability;
  • Stay up to date with the competitors’ landscape and latest industry trends;
  • Directly communicate and maintain relationships with our bigger partners and affiliates;
  • Advise Affiliate Managers on negotiations and case handling;
  • Evaluate Affiliate Managers performance on a regular basis;
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to help optimize affiliate performance;
  • Work with the Legal and Finance team to close partnership agreements;
  • Participate, attend or speak at events with the purpose of identifying and connecting with new partners, recruiting affiliates or promoting the program;
  • Prepare regular reports about the program performance, partnership status and events.

Our Expectations:

  • At least 3 years experience in strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing at a large scale or similar;
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills -both written and verbal, in one on one and team environments;
  • Solid understanding of the affiliate industry;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, understand and take actions based on performance data;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with intertwining deadlines;
  • Purpose-driven, self-motivated and focused;
  • Excellent people management skills;
  • Fluent in English.


  • Experience in managing and motivating sales/affiliate teams;
  • Knowledge of the hosting industry and hosting affiliate programs in particular;
  • Good command of Spanish, Italian or German.
