Senior Recruitment Specialist


What you will do:

• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and goals and give consultation on the sustainability of candidates;
• Implement, improve and the overall recruiting strategy
• Participate in the full recruitment life-cycle (including recruitment events)
• Manage the talent acquisition process, interviewing, candidates selection, hiring and onboarding
• Research and develop new recruiting sources and strategies that produce diverse applicant pools and meet the needs of the business
• Create and support relationships with passive and active candidates using a variety of methods, including but not limited to job search engines, social networking, career fairs, networking events, universities, referrals

Skills, experience, knowledge:

• Extensive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition;
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
• English - verbal and written;
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be innovative;
• Very good computer skills (experience with HRIS is an advantage);
• Driver license - Active car driver.
