HR Expert

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all the recruitment and selection processes including pre-screening, organize and attend interviews;
• Database administration, negotiation with candidatesand onboarding new hires;
• Work along with the HR team to fulfill open vacancies with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs, and improve the quality of hire;
• Involved in attestations of employees;
• Keen interest to learn or have experience in payroll;
• Participate in ongoing events for attraction of new candidates and involvement of the comunity;
• Take part in training and development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related;
• 3+ years experience in recruitment;
• Very good level of English- verbal and written;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, and with little direction or supervision;
• Positive attitude and a high level of initiative;
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills and outstanding attention to detail;
• Flexibility, independence, responsibility, organizational skills, and time management.
